Hajj is the fifth pillar of Islam — a once-in-a-lifetime obligation for every Muslim who is physically and financially able. It takes place annually in the month of Dhul Hijjah.
The main rituals include: Ihram (sacred state), Tawaf (circumambulation of the Ka'bah), Sa'i (walking between Safa and Marwa), standing at Arafat (the pinnacle of Hajj), spending the night in Muzdalifah, stoning the Jamarat in Mina, and the final Tawaf.
Hajj is a profound spiritual journey symbolizing unity, equality, and complete submission to Allah. All pilgrims wear simple white garments (for men), erasing distinctions of wealth, race, and status.
